1.2. If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours of placing the order, the cancellation is subject to approval and may attract a cancellation fee or restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

2.2. To be eligible for a return and refund:

2.5. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will include the product cost and applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.

3. Exchanges:


3.1. We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange a product, you need to follow the return and refund process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired product.


4. Non-Returnable Items:
